While one would think that breakfast is pretty basic in terms of cooking difficulty for restaurant cooks, there are some minor details that can make a bland, hem and haw standard breakfast into an excellent meal.
That is what happens here at this location when I order the steak and eggs plate. Medium rare steak is cooked to perfection,my over easy eggs are just that...slightly basted on one side and my toast comes warm, butter melted and lightly crispy. Oh and the actual steak cut itself is not some throw away fatty piece served in some restaurant. It was a lean, thick, choice cut.
Excellent every time.
